You Must Read and agree to the
following prior to use of any By My Side Holster LLC
Products
By Purchasing and/or using any By My
Side Holster LLC Products, the purchaser and/or user agree
to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend By My Side Holster
LLC and it’s officers, employees, successors, assigns, and
agents from and against any action, cause, claim, damage,
debt, demand or liability, including reasonable costs and
attorney's fees, asserted by any person, arising out of, or
relating to the use of any By My Side Holster LLC Products.
No person should handle any firearm
unless such person has successfully passed an accredited
firearms safety program. Extreme care should be used when
handling and storing firearms or when placing or removing a
handgun from any By My Side Holster LLC Products.
It is mandatory that firearms are to
be kept out of the reach of children. It is the
responsibility of the purchaser and/or user to obey all
Federal, State and Local Laws and Ordinances of the owning,
storing and use of firearms.
Before using any By My Side Holster
LLC Products, it is mandatory for the purchaser and /or user
to check the fit of the holster and handgun in the Holster
Rest. Always check
for proper fit with the weapon in an unloaded condition.
Always double-check to make sure the chamber is empty. Do
not attempt to cock a handgun while it is in the holster.
Cocking the handgun while holstered can cause damage to the
holster, gun, or both and may cause an accidental discharge.
For information on how to safely use
your particular handgun, please refer to your handgun
manufacturer’s safety and instruction manual.
By My Side Holster LLC Products are
designed to fit most holsters and factory equipped handguns.
The use of any modifications to the handgun may cause
improper holster and/or handgun fit and accidental
discharge. Do Not Alter any By Side Holster LLC Products in
any way to accommodate holsters, handguns or other equipment
for which By My Side Holster LLC Products were not designed
or intended.
It is the purchaser and/or user’s
responsibility to personally check for holster and handgun compatibility
in the Holster Rest. It is also the purchaser or user’s
responsibility to regularly check the Holster Rest and its hardware (including, but not
limited to, adhesive strips) for proper
fit and function.
Should any By My Side Holster LLC
Products become worn, loose, broken, defective or
ill-fitting, or if in your opinion is unsafe, cease use
immediately.
