By My Side Holster LLC goal is to offer the lowest shipping
costs as possible. We ship to all 50 states.
Sorry, no international shipping.
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am -
5pm.

Parcel, Priority or First Class Mail
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will
update your order with the tracking information. Please note
that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have
tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates

Side Holster LLC has a Flat Rate shipping charge per item
category per shipment. Before the final checkout page you
will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you
will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not
to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back
order we will ship you the part of your order that is in
stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the
rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional
shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns
By My Side Holster LLC wants
you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, Please contact us
at sales@bymysideholster.com or by phone at 844-BYMYSIDE. We
accept returns for exchanges or refunds within 30 days of
purchase in the original packaging. Please contact us for
return shipping instructions.
Warranty
By My Side Holster
LLC products are designed
and manufactured to last a lifetime.
All By My Side Holster LLC
products are warranted to the original owner against
manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the
lifetime of the product. Any original, unaltered and
unmodified product which fails will be replaced at our
discretion. Damage caused by modification, improper care or
negligence will not be covered.
To
the extent permitted by law, By My Side Holster LLC’s
liability is limited to the specific product and not its
contents and in no event, shall By My Side Holster LLC’s
liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase
price of the product in respect of which damages are
claimed.
